Data we collect
The extension reads live information on the GOSH creator dashboard to identify sessions, verify hours and flag possible stream issues.
The LevelGo API hashes the request IP for its audit context; the raw IP is not stored in that audit field.
Data we do not collect
The following is not needed to verify live hours and is not collected by the extension.
- Microphone input, audio recordings, screenshots or screen recordings
- Chat messages and viewer identities
- Gifts, tips and income
- GOSH passwords and stream keys
- Other website content, browsing history and bookmarks
Picture and audio processing
Media checks run on your device. The extension uploads numerical values and status results, not the original picture or sound.

Audio is similar: the extension calculates a live volume value from the preview to detect prolonged quiet; it does not record sound.
Chrome permissions
Each Chrome permission has a specific use.
Local storage
Sign-in credentials are encrypted in browser storage. A sign-in draft contains only the account identifier, never the password. Pending local observations are kept for at most 24 hours and cleared after upload or expiry.
Who can see it
The creator, authorized managers in their guild and channel, and LevelGo operations staff can view relevant records within their access scope.
Retention and deletion
Stopping or removing the extension does not automatically delete records already uploaded. Retention and deletion are handled under the organization's service agreement and applicable requirements. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.
